She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Fackert (James) and Mickey Dale; her grandsons, Aaron Cash (Yvonne) and Jimmy Fackert Jr. (Tiffany); her great grandchild Orion; and her nieces and nephews, Yorkie and Toni.
