Barbara Workman Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Barbara Workman in South Lyon, Michigan, born in Blue Ridge, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 11, 2025 at the age of 87. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bryan Daves and Ruby Daves; and her sisters-in-law, Hanna and Jean. She is survived by: her siblings, David, Doris (Lowell), Joe (Trish), Randy and Doug; and her children, Tony (Judy), Roy, Brenda (James), Lori (Kevin), Alison (John) and Janeen (Kurt). She is also survived by her 18 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, and 8 great-great-grandchildren, siblings, numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Phillips Funeral Home (122 W Lake St, South Lyon, MI 48178). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial donations may be made to Livingston County Meals on Wheels.
