He was predeceased by : his parents, Maximilian "Max" and Penelope. He is survived by : his wife Estelle O'Meara; his children, Pamela Fogarty (Frank), Clarence "Moe" Jr. Modjeski (Meg) and Geoffrey Modjeski (Margene); and his grandchildren, Erin Cwiek (Dan), Joshua Modjeski (Tyler), Elizabeth Erbes (Jordan) and Andrew Modjeski.
