It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Delbert B. Black of South Lyon, Michigan, born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, who passed away on March 2, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Black and Ruth Black (Biery); and his brothers, Albert, Robert, Hubert and Gilbert.
He is survived by: his wife Ila Baxter; his children, Diana Fisher (Jim) and Dan Black (Sandi); his grandchildren, Elizabeth Burns (Richard), Kathrine Snyder (Jeff), Maria Parvu (Don), Dan Black Jr. (Maria), Aimee Black, Victoria Arnett (Justin) and Ben Black; and his son Rev. Mark Black (Lois). He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild.
