She is survived by: her siblings, Judy Osman (late Jim), Don Artushin (late Pat), Sandy Tchorzynski (late Dennis) and Tom Artushin (Jan); her husband George; her children, Michael (Sonia), George (Crystal), Sue Ash (Roger) and Bob; her grandchildren, Nick, Jory (Jess), Shaylah, Trey (Emily), AJ, Rachel (Klayton), Jamie, Sarah (Chaese) and Sophia; and her great grandchildren, Mikey, Lydia and Stevie.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to The Smile Train or St. Jude Children's Hospital in Donna's honor.
