He was predeceased by: his brothers, Michael, Robert, Terrance, George and John McDonnell.
He is survived by: his wife Laurie (Veres); his children, Jason McDonnell, Erin Brockhaus and Casey McDonnell (Courtney); his grandchildren, Jack, Sam, Elle, Ryan Brockhaus, Libby and Wren Lutz; and his siblings, Thomas, Richard, William, Patrick McDonnell (Susan), Marilyn Goeyvaerts (Ronald), Carol Dooge (Laurie) and Maureen Eden.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church (23615 Power Rd, Farmington, MI 48336). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
