She was predeceased by: her parents, William LaFerle and Carmen LaFerle; her former husband Robert Hammond; her husband Robert Lee; and her brother William LaFerle (late Barbara).
She is survived by: her sisters, Mary Anderson (late Tom) and Josephine Vella (late Paul); her children, Therese Hammond, Christine Carlson (Dave), David Hammond and Nancy O'Piela (Michael); her grandchildren, Andrew Carlson (Tiffany), Matthew Jaskiewicz (Monique), Joshua Carlson (Ann), Paige Burkard (Ryan) and Devin O'Piela; her great grandchild Oliver Jaskiewicz; and her stepchildren, Paul Lee (Linda), Kathleen Williams (Dan), Doug Lee (Daphne), Duane Lee (Debbie) and Robert Lee (Anne). She is also survived by eight step-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
