She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl J. Witkop and Frances L.; her husband Earle "Zeke" Copp; and her siblings, Dr. Carl J. Witkop Jr. and Margaret "Peep" Witkop.

She is survived by: her sons, Richard "Hub" Copp and Mark Copp (Peggy); her grandchildren, Katie Hachenski (Tim), Carrie Kroes (Brian), Corey Copp (Melina) and Casey Copp; and her daughter-in-law Nancy Copp.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. John Lutheran Church in Fran's name.
