He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Rowan and Mercedes Rowan. He is survived by: his wife Yvette Malas Rowan; his children, Dr. Jacob Rowan, D. O. (Wendy), Dr. Christopher Rowan and Yvette Mercedes Rowan (Hans); his brother Joseph Rowan (Patricia); his grandchildren, William Rowan and Jillian Rowan; and his siblings-in-law, Yvonne, Tricia, Sherry, Terry and Joe. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
