She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Middleton and Mabel Middleton (Bowman); her husband Dennis; and her siblings, Jerry Middleton and Sharon Swift.
She is survived by: her daughters, Courtney Wisinski (Daniel) and Tara Wilson (Anthony Williams); her grandchildren, Luca, Ella, Savannah and Everleigh; and her siblings, Gail Jones and Jack Middleton (May). She is also survived by her daughters and grandchildren.
