It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen Kielbasa of South Lyon, Michigan, who passed away on November 22, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Rheinschmidt and Lenore Rheinschmidt; and her sister Kathleen Fritz (Rick). She is survived by: her husband Larry; her children, Chris Bays (Paul), Dan Kiel (Anna) and Dave Kielbasa (Sarah Zajas); her grandchildren, Emily, Abby, Zachary, McKenna, Riley and Christian; and her sisters, Cyndi Jo Brown (Randy) and Elaine Klimbal (Tony).
Memorial donations are suggested to go to Act of Faith or St. Joe's Catholic Church in South Lyon.
