She is survived by: her children, Shannon Joli Duff and Scott Russell Duff; her husband Russell Duff; her mother Arleen Cappatocio; her sister Jodeen Heike; her nieces and nephews, Courtney and Corey Heike; her sister-in-law Linda Duff; Maralee Cappatocio and Stephen Kelly.
Karleen requested plants instead of flowers, and donations to be made to the Manresa Jesuit Retreat programs.
