She was predeceased by: her father Carlo Cappatocio (Nanno); her aunt Aileen Kelly; her grandparents, Dorothy and Bill Stephenson; her parents-in-law, Don and Karen Duff; and her brother-in-law Steve Duff.
She is survived by: her children, Shannon Joli Duff and Scott Russell Duff; her husband Russell Duff; her mother Arleen Cappatocio; her sister Jodeen Heike; her sibling's children, Courtney and Corey Heike; her sister-in-law Linda Duff; Maralee Cappatocio and Stephen Kelly.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Paul Lutheran Church of Hamburg. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 1:45 PM at the South Lyon Cemetery (479 Stryker St, South Lyon, MI 48178).
Karleen requested plants instead of flowers, and donations to be made to the Manresa Jesuit Retreat programs.
