He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Dale and Rosemary Joy Fitzgerald (Lucas). He is survived by: his wife Anne Lyke; his pet Poppy; and his sisters, Eileen Fitzgerald of Ohio and Megan Fitzgerald of California. He is also survived by two daughters and their spouses and children.
