He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Kotoucek and Estelle Kotoucek. He is survived by: his wife Christine Kotoucek; his daughter Leeah Woody; his grandchildren, Braxton Woody and Madison Woody; his niece Jessica Conry (Cody); and his pet Josie.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Phillips Funeral Home (122 W Lake St, South Lyon, MI 48178). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
