He was predeceased by: his father Elmer Milton "Milt" Ratliff; and his brother Robert Ratliff. He is survived by: his mother Palmina Ratliff (Politi); his son Ronald Ratliff II; his wife Patricia "Patty" Ratliff (Jones); his daughter-in-law Kaitlyn Ratliff (Talaski); his granddaughters, Sara Ratliff and Emily Ratliff; his sisters, Sandra Ratliff and Mary Anthony; his parents-in-law, James and Louise Wischman; and his siblings-in-law, Pamela VanNest (Ralph), Joseph Church and James Wischman Jr. (Carrie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Frazer Cremation and Funerals (21001 Pontiac Trail, South Lyon, MI 48178).
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that contributions be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital (https://fundraising.stjude.org) or a charity of your choice in Ron's memory.
