She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert Brindley and Lena Brindley; her husband Douglas F. Thornton; and her siblings, Betty, Bobby and Roy.
She is survived by : her sons, Douglas K. Thornton (Siv) and Kevin Thornton (Michelle Hooker); her grandchildren, Brandon Kling, Elizabeth Farlow (Parker), Nicholas, Maria (Alfonzo), Ethan, Heather and Gary; her great grandchildren, Clementine, Oliver and Otis; her siblings, Judith Kade (Ronald), David Brindley (Tina) and Nancy Brindley; and her brother-in-law Louie.
