It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sheryl Smith-Reid (South Lyon, Michigan), born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on October 7, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Anne Smith and Jerry Smith; her in-laws, Russell and Noreen Ried; and her niece Alyssa Ried.

She is survived by : her husband Jim (Jim); her daughter Maryanne Zielinski (Michael); her niece Kaitlin Guzowski (Kurt VanderLind); her sons, Tim (Jordan), Erik and Ben; and also, William Ried (Kimberly), Ryan, Derek, Linda Forbes (John), Taylor, Danielle and Lucas.
