He was predeceased by: his parents, Mario Raffaelli and Lillian Raffaelli (Lewis); his brothers, Edward, Robert and Ralph; his parents-in-law, Richard and Rhoda Brandt; and his brother-in-law Glenn Hayrynen.

He is survived by: his wife Laurie Raffaelli; his sons, Gary Raffaelli (Emily) of Baltic, Scott Raffaelli (Aimee) of Chassell, Kevin Raffaelli of Colorado Springs and Lucas Brandt (Mary) of Houghton, His; his grandchildren, Louis, Pearl and Macy; and his sisters-in-law, Debra Pindral (Chester) of Painesdale, LuAnn Hayrynen (Terry Patterson) of Misery Bay and Sherri (Tom). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Memorial Chapel Funeral & Cremation Service - Mt. View Chapel (14 7th St, South Range, MI 49963). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
