He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Stimac and Arlene Stimac; his stepfather Joe Quilici; his in-laws, Smoky and Clara Johnson; his sister Fran Dion; and his siblings-in-law, John Dion, Earl Johnson and Cindy Keranen.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Johnson; his children, Rick Verran (Rebecca Schutz), Julie Hartung (Tyler), Kristin Lystila (Tim) and Michael Stimac (Victoria); his grandchildren, Chloe Snell, Logan Verran, Landon Hartung, Holli Britton (Joshua), Simon, Soren, Cohen, Hank Lystila and Jovi Stimac; his great grandchildren, Emma and Derrek; and his brother David Stimac (Diana). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
