He was predeceased by: his son Jonathan Ackerman; and his sibling Sydney Ackerman. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Ackerman; his children, Tom Ackerman (Wendy), Lori Harter (Jimmy), Linda Puckett (Eugene) and Allison Bellemore (Dave McCloskey); his grandchildren, Dan, Deborah, Carley, Alex and Tommylee; and his nieces and nephews, Trayce Fenton (Randy) and Carol Johansing (Ron). He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
