She was predeceased by : her husband Paul Worona; and her siblings, Jack Levinson, Anne "Honey" Levinson, Florence (late Robert Epstein), Lillian Levinson, Milton Levinson (late Betty), Oscar Levinson (late Grace), Ruth Katz (late Philip) and Shirley Lowenthal (late Richard).
She is survived by : her sibling Rabbi Reuven Levinson (Miriam). She is also survived by Many loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
