With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hikmat Marroghi Kallabat (Southfield, Michigan), who passed away on December 5, 2025 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Hikmat may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his spouse Nadira Kallabat (Orow); his great-grandparent Hikmat; and his father Stephen Kallabat. He is survived by: his children, Imad Kallabat (Nihal), Enam Zoma (Mazin), Ekram Younan (Amir) and Taghreed Lirato (Fares).
A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, December 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Mother of God Church (25585 Berg Rd, Southfield, MI 48033). A burial will be held on Monday, December 8th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Holy Sepulchre Catholic Cemetery (25800 W 10 Mile Rd, Southfield, MI 48033). Visitation will be held on Monday, December 8th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at 23666 Orchard Lake Rd, Farmington Hills, MI 48336.
