He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Yvonne; his children, James W. Hayes, Lisa Hayes-Ajagunna (Adeniran) and Shellie Rozier; his grandchildren, James R. Hayes, Jamel W. Hayes, Charece Rozier, Chemonae France, Cierra Rozier, Ashley Rozier, Jason T. Hayes, Courtney Rozier, Ariana Rozier, Diana Bryant Hayes, Charles Rozier, Janice Joy Moorehayes and Chantel Rozier; and his sister Jo Marie Ruff.
