He is survived by: his wife Janice (Ballard); his sons, James, Jeffery and David (Jennifer Bednarczyk); his grandchildren, Brianna, Zachary and Katelyn; and his siblings, John (Claudia), Jayne and Carol. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
