She was predeceased by: her husbands, Marc Shapiro, MD and Bill Pultusker; and her parents, Evelyn Haltman and David Haltman. She is survived by: her sons, Evan Shapiro (Sheri) and Jan Rubinstein (Nicole Jacobson); her grandchildren, Brooklyn, Sadie Rubinstein, Marlowe Spector, Meredith and Daniel Shapiro; her sister Elaine Kelbick, MD (Steven); and her nephews, Scott and Jeff Kelbick.
