She was predeceased by: her husbands, Marc Shapiro, MD and Bill Pultusker; and her parents, Evelyn Haltman and David Haltman. She is survived by: her sons, Evan Shapiro (Sheri) and Jan Rubinstein (Nicole Jacobson); her grandchildren, Brooklyn, Sadie Rubinstein, Marlowe Spector, Meredith and Daniel Shapiro; her sister Elaine Kelbick, MD (Steven); her nephews, Scott and Jeff Kelbick; and her former husband David Rubinstein.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Ira Kaufman Chapel (18325 W Nine Mile Rd, Southfield, MI 48075).
