We are sad to announce that, on January 9, 2025, at the age of 92, John Nussbaum of Southfield, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though John has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.

He was predeceased by: his wife Sylvia Nussbaum; and his parents, Deborah and Emil. He is survived by: his children, Vicki Goerke, Leslie Silverstein and Lisa Soffa; his grandchildren, Nicholas Goerke and Shayna Eagle (Ari); and his great grandchildren, Avigail Eagle and Ella Eagle.
