She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Leonard G. Wayne; her son Dr. Richard Wayne; her parents, Eileen Levitt and Nathan Levitt; and her sister-in-law Rose Ross.
She is survived by: her children, Jonathan Wayne (Beyla), Julie Wayne (Marc Juillard) and Mallery Eisenshtadt (Steve); her grandchildren, Adiva Wayne, Hillel Wayne (Puikei), Meira Green Wayne, Ahron Wayne, Samuel Roche, Haley Jou (Jeffrey), Lindsey Eisenshtadt and Andrew Eisenshtadt; and her sibling's children, Beverly and Steve Zuckerman.
