She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Habouba Esshaki and Zia Babbie; her sister Bahidja; her significant other Yusuf Antone; her children, Rafid, Ayad (Lori), Hedir Mike (Susan) and Maha (David); her grandchildren, Amanda (Connor), Ashley, Chad, Maria, Sadie, Summer and Ava; her great grandchildren, Palmer and Wes; her child Nazhat; and her caregiver Sharonda.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the National Shrine (2100 12 Mile Rd, Royal Oak, MI 48073). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery (25800 W 10 Mile Rd, Southfield, MI 48033).
