We are sad to announce that, on February 22, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Sandor Frank Bacsik of Southfield, Michigan. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, Sandor Frank shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Sandor Frank farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Bacsik and Josie Bacsik. He is survived by: his wife Kathy D. Bacsik; his siblings, Esther Grenfell, Jim Bacsik and Susan; his nieces and nephews, Brit Grenfell, Linda and Kelly Bellmore; and his uncle Richard "Uncle Dick" Vietzke.

“Sandor Frank Bacsik graduated from the University of California Berkeley in 1983. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with a Major in Anthropology. He ranked within the top 10% of his class in the physical anthropology program while working in the physical anthropology laboratory. The head of his department offered him a lab of his own upon graduation and was offered the chance to go on a dig outside of the country. He also taught English as a second language at Laney College in Oakland”
