With solemn reverence, we commemorate Virgin Nakarah (Southfield, Michigan), whose life came to an end on January 10, 2026 at the age of 81, leaving behind cherished memories. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wadie Shamo Nagara and Marta Nagara; and her siblings, Febroniah Stanley (late John), Rose Jindo (late Farid) and Farid Nagara.
She is survived by: her siblings, Sabih Nagara (Bushra), Husam Najor (Muntaha), Ibtihal Sitto (late Joseph) and Janan Arabo (Ramzey). She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, great nieces & great nephews.
A requiem service was held on Tuesday, January 13th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Mar Addai Chaldean Catholic Church (24010 Coolidge Hwy, Oak Park, MI 48237). A burial was held on Tuesday, January 13th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Holy Sepulchre Catholic Cemetery (25800 W 10 Mile Rd, Southfield, MI 48033). A reception was held on Tuesday, January 13th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Regency Manor & Banquet Center (25228 W 12 Mile Rd, Southfield, MI 48034).
