He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Lou Zelkowski. He is survived by: his children, Michael Zelkowski (Sandy), Rachel Butcher (Paul), Christopher Zelkowski (Ilene), Jonathan Zelkowski (Aojia), Paul Zelkowski, Suzanne Isenhour (Mark), Sara Donaldson (Christopher) and Anthony Zelkowski. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.
