She is survived by: her sons, Paul Anthony Kubala (Marcia), Michael John Kubala (Lisa) and Brian Matthew Kubala (Dawn); her grandchildren, Alysha (Nick), Curtis (Erika) and Mitchell; her great grandchildren, Jozlyn, Kaydence, Aubrey, Ramsey, Jaela, Trevor, Braven and Brax; her sisters, Bernadette Lowe (Chuck) and Sue D'Agnillo (Vince); her siblings-in-law, Mark Kubala (Liz) and Barbara Sieszputowski; and her great grandchild Lennon Avery. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
