He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Pelfrey-Cremeans; his children, Alyssa Cremeans and Justin Pelfrey; his siblings, Andrew Hoover (Joanna), Keith Cremeans and Carolyn Cremeans (Wayne Johnston); his parents, Linda Hoover and Ron; and his nieces, Fern and Courtney. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
