It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chester Tomblin of Southgate, Michigan, who passed away on September 27, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Gora Tomblin and Nary Knapp; his stepfather Harry Knapp; and his siblings, Charles Tomblin, Geraldine Ward and Jimmy Tomblin.

He is survived by : his wife Geraldine Tomblin; his children, Denise Butterfield, Deborah Sawicki (Randy) and Gregory Tomblin; his grandchildren, Nicole (Chris), Aaron, Paul, Ashley and Rylee; and his great grandchildren, James and Triston.
