He is survived by: his wife Carol D'Ziurman; his children, Lisa Marie D'Ziurman and Brian David D'Ziurman (Sarah); his grandsons, Jackson Brian D'Ziurman, Landon David D'Ziurman and Dawson John D'Ziurman; and his brothers, Gerald Michael Dziurman (Zora) and Joseph Gerard Dziurman (Jenna).
