He was predeceased by: his grandchildren, Brandon Rist and Olivia Blair. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Blair (Renaud); his children, David Blair (Kathy), Patti Rist (John), Terri Hemphill, Cindy Hassien (Alan) and John Blair (Maureen); his grandchildren, Erica (Ian), Kevin, Steven (Valeria), Jonathon (Sarah), Jessica, Morgan, Riley, Kyle, Quinn, Sean, Evan, Zachary, Gannon and Kennedy; and his great grandchildren, Elizabeth, Dax and Layne.

We are also practicing social distancing and masks are required for every person entering the building.
