She is survived by: her children, Suzette Grindstaff (Donnie), Paul Cooper (Dessely) and Kristen Mellon (Paul); her grandchildren, Rose, Trinity, Raegan, William, Evan, Sydney, Isabella, Neveah, Aletheia, Tharin and Ileana; her great grandchildren, Willow, Ayla and Archer; and her siblings, William "Roy" Cooke (Valerie), Sarah Joan Cooke and William James Cooke (Deborah). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The lying in state will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Calvary Church (15500 Howard St, Southgate, MI 48195). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
