He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Denise Perhase; his children, Michael Perhase (Kelly) and Kimberly Haas (Daniel); his grandchildren, Aubrey Perhase, Parker Haas, Beckett Haas and Brady Perhase; and his siblings, Marie Lukosavich and Thomas Perhase.
