He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Hays and Donna Hays. He is survived by: his spouse Kelly; his sons, Jake and Landon; his siblings, Tony Hays (Shelly), Jalonda Sekmistrz (Tom) and Brian Hays; his parents-in-law, Daniel and Cathy Korycinski; his brother-in-law Daniel Korycinski (Samantha); and his pet Rory. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
