He is survived by: his children, Hubert Russell Jr. (Kimberly), Stelbert Russell (Robin) and Albert Russell (Pamela); his close friend Arlene Tippen; and the mother of his children Doris Russell. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and over 30 great-grandchildren.
