Joanne Roussis Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on January 21, 2024, at the age of 95, Joanne Roussis of Southgate, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband George Roussis; her parents, Giorgios Kotsou and Persephone Kotsou; and her siblings, Aggeliki Golematis, Athanasia Gikas and Demetrios "Jim" Kotsou.
She is survived by: her sister Catherine Pantoleon; and her siblings-in-law, Emorfia Kotsou, Pagonitsa Samartzis, Evangelia Alexandropoulos, Paraskevi Kountouriotis, Thanasis Roussis and Cleopatra Papathomas. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and great nieces/nephews.
Memorial contributions in Joanne's honor are appreciated for St. George Greek Orthodox Church in Southgate, Michigan, or the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Monastery in Smiths Creek, Michigan.
