He was predeceased by: his parents, Gus Mullins and Maxie Tackett Mullins; and his siblings, Frank Silas Mullins, James Estil Mullins, Hulda Jane Lytle, Maggie Mollie Hurst, Minerva Marie Calhoun and Patrilla June McFall. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM at the Hall and Jones Funeral Home (1101 KY-610, Virgie, KY 41572). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
