She was predeceased by: her father Bruce Mullens. She is survived by: her child Jarred Matthew McCombs (Kevin); her mother Connie Mullens; her siblings, Robb Girard (Aleigha), Tracy Fuentes (George), Brian Mullens, Jeff Girard (JoAnn) and Mike Girard (Bonnie); her close friends, Michelle Sebben and Jodi Marasco; her great-nephew Theo; and also Barbara Mullens. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces.
