He was predeceased by: his parents, Gale Wilson and Beverly Wilson. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Wilson (LaPoint); his children, Ryan (Elizabeth), Justin, Jeremy and Ashley (David); his grandchildren, Laci, Makenzie of Haven, TJ, Ilyona, Lillian, Kaiden and Finnegan; his brother Michael Wilson (Cheryl); and his niece Desiree.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund or the National Kidney Foundation.
