He is survived by: his wife Cindy Czerwonka; his daughters, Christina Picklo (Thomas), Heidi Grubaugh (Johnny) and Rachel Fawley (Nicholas); his siblings, Bob Czerwonka (Cathy), Elaine Walsh (Al), Kathleen Dennis (Mike), Jan Zmijewski, Steve Czerwonka and Louie Czerwonka; his grandchildren, Richard Czerwonka (Melinda), Ericka Young (Jeremy), Thomas Picklo (Jade), Tristan Fawley, Mackenzie Fawley, Kiley Scott, Alyssa Scott, Courtney Grubaugh and Gabriella Cunningham (Zac); and his great grandchildren, Victoria Czerwonka, Isabelle Czerwonka, Dominic Czerwonka, Nathan Young, Zelda Young, Lilly Young, Aubrey Picklo, Mason Barcenas, Mia Barcenas, Cambria Picklo, DeAndre' and Griffin Cunningham.
