He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Mathews and Evelyn Mathews; and his siblings, Judy Walsh, Marie Marler, John Mathews and Richard Mathews.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Mathews; and his children, Vickie Lynn Goodman, Gloria Jean Goodman and Thomas Warren Mathews, Jr..
