We announce the death of Violet Ann Caruso of Southgate, Michigan, who passed away on June 10, 2026, at the age of 99. Violet Ann will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her husband Samuel; her granddaughter Michelle Kowalski; her sister Rose Marie Skinner; and her pets, Coco and Annie.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Cogley (John), Pat Burgess (late Ernest), Larry Caruso and Mary Lesinski (Mike); her grandchildren, Lisa Mientkiewicz (Mark), Tricia Francis (Gary), David, Laura Baccella (Chris), Brian Burgess (Marni), Emily Caruso, Amy Saurborn (David) and Brandon Lesinski; and her grandson-in-law David Kowalski.
