She was predeceased by : her uncle Ralph (Pamela Miller). She is survived by : her mother Emily; her grandmother Sue; her aunts and uncles, Joe (Eva Miller-Videtich), Leonard (Barb Miller), Dale (Jill Shepard) and Matt (Kimberly Shepard-Bledsoe); and her cousins, Team Tiny and Mighty of Children's Hospital.
