He was predeceased by: his son Shawn (Darlene); and his parents, James Lyals and Martha Lyals. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Wilmarth; his children, Chris Lyals (Jackie) and Heather VanKampen (Dan); his grandchildren, Jonathan, Maddie Lyals, Aaron and Alexandra VanKampen; his sister Julie Mengel (Ron); and his sisters-in-law, Renee DePagter (Arnie) and Gail Brown (Chuck). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
