She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hepworth and Rosie Hepworth; her daughter Dianna Annis; her adoptive children, Patrick Belk, Randi-Kay Belk and Branwell Belk; Dianna.
She is survived by: her children, Kathie Wixom (Greg), Melvin Belk (Jeannie) and Kevin Belk (Karol); her grandchildren, Jason Wixom, Rachael Walters (Twaine), April Victorson (Jeremiah), Krystle Schultz (William), Andrew Belk (Crissy), Ricky Blackwell (Samantha), Kevin Annis (Amanda), Kyle Annis (Kristina), Matthew Belk (Kendra), Emilee Belk and Kaylee Belk; her great grandchildren, Kash, Kolter, Jordan (Grace), Evan (Holly), Ella, Penelope, Andrew, Ruby, Melanie, Aaron, Charlee, Maggie and Gibson; Richard Annis (Lynn).
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:50 PM at the Blythefield Christian Reformed Church (6350 Kuttshill Dr NE, Rockford, MI 49341). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
